Qurtaba City (near the Chakri M-2 interchange, Rawalpindi) is advancing rapidly. Major Phase‑I works (Blocks A–N) are underwayqurtabacity.comqurtabacity.com. Qurtaba City is fully approved by RDA and is planned with modern utilities and facilitiesqurtabacity.com. Roads are being built to a high standard, and basic services are being installed across each block. For example, a recent listing notes that power, potable water and sewerage are already connected to plotslamudi.pk. Some sectors even have Sui gas supplylamudi.pk. Planned community amenities include large parks, schools and hospitals. The master plan allocates land for educational campuses, green spaces and a 200-kanal medical complexmultiworks.pk. Several residential and commercial plots are currently on the market. Zameen.com lists roughly half a dozen residential plots (mostly 5–10 marla) for sale in Blocks C–Dzameen.com, and lamudi.pk shows similar recent listings (e.g. 5‑marla plots in Block D, 1-kanal plots in Block C). On the commercial side, Zameen reports about 25 plots (ranging ~5–8 marla) available, though most listings are olderzameen.com. In summary, plot availability is modest: only a handful of residential lots in early-release blocks are actively listed, and limited sector- and central-commercial sites remain.

Real Estate Prices (per Plot/Area)


Current prices are still relatively affordable compared to nearby projects. Under Qurtaba City’s official payment plan, 5-marla residential plots are priced around PKR 30 lakh (~PKR 6 lakh per marla), 10-marla ~PKR 45 lakh, and 1-kanal ~PKR 65 lakh (2-year installment plan)multiworks.pk. These benchmarks align with recent sales: for example, a 5-marla plot in Block D is listed at ~PKR 30 lakhlamudi.pk, and a 1-kanal in Block C at ~PKR 38 lakhlamudi.pk (see table). Qurtaba City is widely viewed as a high-potential project. Experts note that upcoming infrastructure – notably the new Rawalpindi Ring Road (completed Dec 2024) and a direct link to DHA Phase 9/Gandhara – will greatly boost connectivity to Islamabad/Rawalpindimultiworks.pk. This, combined with Qurtaba’s relatively low land values, underpins strong upside.
